Profile

The Profile settings page allows you to manage your personal account information and customise how you appear to others in the Journeybee platform. This page is where you control your identity, contact details, location, language preferences, and notification settings.

What's on the Profile Page

Profile Section

  • Profile Picture: Upload or change your avatar image (120x120 resolution)

  • Name Display: Shows your full name and job title

  • Location Display: Shows your country and city

Identity

  • First Name: Your given name

  • Last Name: Your surname

Job Title

  • Position: Your job title or role within your organisation

Contact Information

  • Meeting Link: Your personal meeting URL (e.g., Calendly, Zoom personal room)

  • Email: Your account email address (read-only, cannot be changed)

  • Phone Number: Your contact phone number with international formatting

Location

  • Country: Select your country from the dropdown list

  • City: Choose your city (appears after selecting a country, searchable)

Language

  • Interface Language: Choose your preferred language for the platform interface

  • Supported languages: English, Swedish, Spanish, German, French, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, and Brazilian Portuguese

Notifications

  • Email Notifications Toggle: Enable or disable email notifications

  • Notification Settings Table: Configure specific notification preferences (only visible when email notifications are enabled)

How to Use

  1. Access: Navigate to Settings > Profile from the main menu

  2. Edit: Click on any field to make changes

  3. Save: Changes are automatically tracked - click "Save" in the action bar when you're ready to persist your changes

  4. Cancel: Use the "Cancel" button to discard any unsaved changes

  5. Profile Picture: Click on your avatar to upload a new image or remove the current one

Important Notes

  • Your email address cannot be changed from this page

  • The city dropdown only appears after selecting a country

  • Changes are not saved until you click the "Save" button

  • You'll see a success notification when your profile is successfully updated

  • This page requires a premium account to access
