Creating Leads

There a multiple ways to create and/or capture leads within and outside of the Journeybee platform.

Journeybee User Interface

  1. Within the global leads or deals page by pressing the "Create Lead" button where you can send, receive or associate leads with any partner.

  2. In your partners portal. Go to the leads page to send, receive or associate leads with that partner only.

Forms (Hosted & Embedded)

To create a form go to the settings -> forms page. From there you can either create:

  • Hosted Forms - hosted by Journeybee and accessible instantly

  • Embeddable Forms - forms that can be embedded in your website. See our support article on embeddable form here.

CRM Integration Widgets

Your whole team can also create leads in Journeybee using our CRM Widget which are currently available on our HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations.

Communication Integrations

If you have installed our Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat integration you will also be able to create leads directly within your communication channels.
