Tags
What are Tags?
Tags are colour-coded labels that help you organise and categorise different elements in your partner programme. You can tag partners, leads, deals, campaigns, resources, cards, and contacts to make them easier to find, filter, and group.
What's on the Tags Page
The Tags settings page lets you create and manage tags for different areas:
Tag Categories
Switch between different tag types using the tabs:
Partner Tags: Label different types of partners
Lead & Deal Tags: Categorise opportunities and prospects
Lead Tags: Specific labels for lead qualification
Card Tags: Organise resource cards and materials
Resource Tags: Categorise training materials and documents
Campaign Tags: Label marketing campaigns and events
Contact Tags: Organise contact lists and communications
Tag Properties
For each tag you can set:
Label: The text that appears on the tag
Colour: Background and text colour combination
Partner Type: Which partner types can use this tag (for relevant categories)
Tag Management
Create Tags: Add new tags with custom labels and colours
Edit Tags: Modify existing tag names and colours
Delete Tags: Remove tags no longer needed
Colour Options: Choose from predefined colour combinations
How to Use It
Creating a New Tag
Select the appropriate tab for the type of tag you want to create
Click "New Tag" to start creating
Enter a clear, descriptive label
Choose a colour combination from the available options
For partner/lead tags, select which partner types can use this tag
Click "Create Tag" to save
Managing Existing Tags
Edit Labels: Click on any tag name to modify it
Change Colours: Click on the colour dropdown to select a new combination
Delete Tags: Click the bin icon to remove tags (this will remove them from all tagged items)
View Usage: See how many items are currently using each tag
Tag Colour System
Tags come with predefined colour combinations designed for readability:
High Priority: Red backgrounds for urgent items
Medium Priority: Orange/yellow for important items
Normal Priority: Blue/green for standard items
Low Priority: Grey for less critical items
Categories: Various colours to distinguish different types

Only Admin and Partnership users can create and manage tags
Deleting a tag removes it from all items where it was applied
