What is the Company Profile?

The Company Profile settings page is where you manage your organisation's essential details that appear throughout the Journeybee platform. This information is visible to your partners and appears in communications, forms, and partner-facing materials.

What's on the Company Profile Page

Company Information

  • Company Name: Your official business name

  • Website: Your company's primary website URL

  • Address: Physical business address details

  • Phone: Primary contact telephone number

  • Email: Main company email address

  • Company Description: Brief overview of your business

  • Industry: Your business sector or industry type

Branding Elements

  • Company Logo: Upload your brand logo for partner-facing materials

  • Brand Colours: Set primary colours that match your brand identity

  • Email Signature: Customise how your company appears in automated emails

Partner Programme Details

  • Programme Name: What you call your partner programme (e.g., "Partner Network", "Reseller Programme")

  • Programme Description: Explanation of your partner offering

  • Partner Types: Configure what types of partners you work with

  • Geographic Focus: Specify regions where you operate or seek partners

Login Security Settings

  • Chose the types of sign in options your companies users will have:

    • Email & Password

    • SSO (Google/Microsoft)

    • Magic Link via email

    • Phone OTP (One time password)

How to Use It

Updating Basic Information

  1. Navigate to Company Profile in settings

  2. Click on any field to edit the information

  3. Make your changes

  4. Click "Save" to update your profile

  1. Click "Upload Logo" or the existing logo area

  2. Select your company logo file (PNG, JPG, or SVG recommended)

  3. The logo will appear in partner communications and your partner portal

  4. Ensure the logo is high quality and represents your brand well

Setting Partner Programme Information

  1. Enter your programme name (this appears to potential partners)

  2. Write a compelling programme description

  3. Select the partner types you want to work with

  4. Specify your geographic focus areas

Configuring Contact Details

  • Primary Email: Used for partner communications and notifications

  • Support Email: Where partners can get help

  • Phone Number: For urgent partner enquiries
