Company Profile
The Company page holds your organisation's core details: the logo and contact information partners see, the currency and formats used across Journeybee, and how your team signs in.
Where to find it: Go to Settings, then Company (under General).
Who can use this: Admins only. Other roles do not see the page in the settings menu.
Company logo
Click the logo to upload a square image. 240x240 pixels or larger works best. It appears as your company avatar throughout Journeybee.
This saves on its own as soon as you upload it, unlike the rest of the page.
The logos used for your partner portal are separate and live on the Branding page, where you can upload light and dark variants. See Branding.
Organisation details
Company name: your business name, used in partner communications.
Website: your main web address.
Company description: a short overview for partners.
Email: your main contact address.
Phone: your main contact number.
Country: your primary operating country.
Currency: the default currency for deals and commissions.
Date format: Day/Month/Year, Month/Day/Year, or Year-Month-Day.
Time format: 24-hour or 12-hour.
Date and time formats apply to everyone in your workspace, not just to you.
About the currency
Your company currency is the default applied to new deals and to the commissions calculated from them.
You can change it at any time, but changing it converts nothing. Existing deals keep the currency they were created with, and existing commission and payment amounts are left exactly as they are. Only records created afterwards pick up the new default.
Because of that, set your currency before you build commission rules or start recording deals. Changing it later leaves you with a mix of currencies that has to be untangled by hand.
Login settings
This section controls how your internal team signs in to Journeybee. It does not affect how partners sign in to the portal.
Four methods are listed:
Email & Password: standard sign-in. This is the one switch you can change here.
SSO (Single Sign On) via Google or Microsoft: sign in with a Google or Microsoft work account. Enabled for new workspaces.
Magic Link via Email: a password-free sign-in link.
OTP (One Time Password) via SMS: a code sent by text.
Only Email & Password can be switched from this page. The other three are shown so you can see what is active on your workspace, but their switches are read only. If you need one of them turned on or off, contact Journeybee support.
Take care before turning Email & Password off. Everyone on your team then has to sign in with their Google or Microsoft account, so check that every member can before you save.
This is not Enterprise SSO
The SSO via Google or Microsoft option here means social sign-in with a work account. It is not the same as Enterprise SSO, which connects Journeybee to your own identity provider through SAML or OIDC and can be enforced across your domain.
Enterprise SSO has its own page at Settings, then Single Sign-On. It appears only when the Enterprise SSO module is enabled for your company, so contact Journeybee support if you need it and cannot see it.
Saving your changes
Edit any field on the page.
A Save button appears at the top once something has changed.
Click Save to apply, or Cancel to discard.
The company logo is the exception and saves immediately when uploaded.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see the Company page
It is admin only. Ask an admin on your team to make the change, or to change your role under Team Management.
A login switch will not move
Only Email & Password is editable here. The other three reflect your workspace configuration and are changed by Journeybee support.
Deals are showing the wrong currency
Deals store the currency they were created with. Changing the company currency does not restate existing deals, so older records keep the previous one.
The Single Sign-On page is missing
Enterprise SSO is a module that Journeybee enables for your account. Contact support if your organisation needs it.
Good to know
Your company name, logo and contact details appear in partner emails and across the portal, so keep them current.
Set the currency early. It is the one field on this page that is awkward to change once you have real data.
Partner portal colours, logos and background images are configured separately under Branding.
Partner sign-in options are separate again, and are configured per portal. See Partner Onboarding.
