Categories & Tiers

What are Categories and Tiers?

Categories and Tiers help you classify and organise your partners based on different criteria. Think of categories as the "what" (types of partners) and tiers as the "level" (how established or successful they are).

What's on the Categories & Tiers Page

Categories Tab

Categories are used to group partners by type, industry, or specialisation:

  • Name: The category label (e.g., "Technology Resellers", "Marketing Agencies")

  • Actions: Edit or delete categories as needed

Tiers Tab

Tiers represent partner levels or rankings:

  • Name: The tier label (e.g., "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold", "Platinum")
